Terms and Condions
Cancellations must be given in writing and be giving a notice of 24 hours or a cost may occur.
All call outs are chargeable even if cancelled on route.
Payment is due in full on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing with a maximum of 30 days payment.
All goods remain property of Shield Security Shutters until paid in full. If unpaid goods will be removed and a extra cost will occur for removal.
Any return visits to site to completed work as a direct of others, will lead to a extra cost.
Any associated preparatory/building work to be done by others e.g. Sign removal, alarms, fuse spares etc.
If the customer asks shield security shutters to remove anything not shutter related, we will but shield security shutters takes no responsibility for any damage or loss or cost occurred.
Electric motors are not guaranteed against ingress of water or electrical power serge.
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the day of installation.
All warranties are only guaranteed if the shutters are serviced every 6 months by shield security shutters and any other work carried out on the shutter by others will result in a void warranty.
Warranty does not cover the shutter if shutter breaks due to a object being left in the way of running mechanism causing it to jam.
